H+H’s RåBuild method is a most advanced building system. It is a method of building which is provided through specialist contractors who understand the Thin-Joint System and an innovative building process, which enables the completion of the shell of the house in the fastest time possible; providing a waterproof environment for follow-on trades, eg., plumbers, carpenters, electricians.
Using H+H aircrete blocks with Celfix the thin joint mortar, the contractor takes over the site from the point at which the groundworks are complete. The contractor builds the shell of the house: ie the load bearing walls, floors and roof structure. When this stage is complete, there is a complete waterproof structure, allowing the follow-on trades to be scheduled as required and to work in a safe and waterproof environment.
The advantage of this method is speed and accuracy and the resulting house shell provides the perfect basic structure ready to be personalised. Both the speed and accuracy of the RåBuild method contribute to a cost-effective solution that is generally cheaper than alternative building types.
